AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE AMENDMENT OF
THE FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR WALDEN PARK
AT THE REQUEST OF RIVERWEST PARTNERS, LC, IN
THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
authorizes the amendment of the Final Development Plan for
Walden Park, at the request of Riverwest Partners, LC, changing
Lots 93 through 102 of Phase 2 from ten (10) large lot estates
to sixteen (16) single family lots . A copy of said Final
Development Plan, as amended, is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk and is incorporated herein by reference .
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .`
