AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF A
RESUBDIVISION OF LOTS C19, C20, AND C21 OF
THE HIGHLANDS AT DALHOUSIE-PHASE III
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The Record Plat of a Resubdivision of Lots C19,
C20, and C21 of The Highlands at Dalhousie-Phase III, being that
Part of U. S . P. S . 193 in Township 30 North, Range 13 East of the
Fifth Principle Meridian, located in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by Dalhousie L. L. C. ,
Drake Holdings LLC, Shawn Parker and Danna B. Parker, Husband
and Wife, Charles W. Hawkins and Margaret E . Hawkins, Husband
and Wife, and The Jana L. Gile Revocable Trust U/A/D March 6,
2003 , Owners, bearing the certification of Christopher L.
Koehler, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated December 1, 2009, is
hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
