AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
ROBINSON SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Robinson Subdivision, being
part of Lot 1 in Block 23 of Monticello Second Addition to the
City of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, as recorded in Plat
Book 3 , Page 16 , located in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by Thomas L. Robinson, Sr. and
Ann D. Robinson, husband and wife, Owners, bearing the
certification of Rodney W. Amos, a Registered Land Surveyor,
dated October 30, 2009, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage andr approval .
