AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A PERMANENT
UTILITY EASEMENT EXECUTED BY RONSON
PROPERTIES, LLC, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
hereby accepts a Permanent Utility Easement executed by
Ronson Properties, LLC, conveying to the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, said easement on the following
described real property, to-wit :
THAT PART OF OUTLOT 62 OF U. S . P. S . 2199, TOWNSHIP
30 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST, CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MISSOURI , DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS :
Commence at the Southwest corner of Outlot 61 of
said U. S . P . S . 2199 (Found Iron Rod) ; thence with
the South line of said U. S . P. S . 2199 South
83039120" East , 2193 . 56 feet; thence leaving said
line North 03008151" West, 348 . 40 feet; thence
South 83139' 20" East, 15 . 21 feet, to the point of
beginning; thence North 0300851" West, 20 . 28
feet; thence South 83039120" East, 30 . 42 feet;
thence South 03008151" East, 20 . 28 feet; thence
North 83139' 20" West, 30 . 42 feet, to the point of
beginning and containing 608 square feet, more or
less .
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
