AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
GIBONEY WOODS FIFTH SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Giboney Woods Fifth
Subdivision, being that part of United States Private Survey No.
787, being in Township 30 North, Range 13 East, of the Fifth
Principal Meridian, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau,
State of Missouri, submitted by Kevin Baker and TNT Real Estate
Development, LLC, bearing the certification of Chris Koehler, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated August 23, 2012, is hereby
approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
