AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE G OF
SECTION 26-249 OF - THE CITY CODE, BY
AMENDING TWO HOUR PARKING ALONG A
PORTION OF BELLEVUE STREET, IN THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . That portion of Schedule G of Section 26-249 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
which established the following two hour parking:
Bellevue Street, south side, beginning 29 feet 6
inches east from the southeast corner of Bellevue
Street and Fountain Street, and extending east along
the south curb a distance of 40 feet, and there
terminating.

ARTICLE 2 . It - is the intention of the governing body and it
is hereby ordained that the provisions of this ordinance shall
become and be made a part of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and the sections of this Code may
be renumbered to accomplish such intention .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after ten days after its final passage and approval .
