AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE H OF
SECTION 26-126 OF THE CITY CODE, BY
REPEALING ELECTRIC TRAFFIC CONTROL
SIGNALS AT THE INTERSECTION OF BROADWAY
AND FOUNTAIN, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . That portion of Schedule H of Section 26-126 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
which established the following electric traffic control
signals :
Broadway and Fountain

ARTICLE 2 .2 . It is the intention of the governing body
and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this
ordinance shall become and be made a part of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and the
sections of this Code may be renumbered to accomplish such
intention.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after ten days after its final passage and approval .
