AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE F OF
SECTION 26-247 OF THE CITY CODE, BY
REPEALING NO PARKING ANYTIME ALONG A
PORTION OF BROADWAY, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . Those portions of Schedule F of Section 26-247 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
which established the following no parking anytime :
Broadway and Fountain - from the northeast corner to
south Marquette entrance
Broadway and Fountain - from the northeast corner to
west Marquette entrance
Broadway - north side, 33 feet east from Fountain
Broadway - south side, 34 feet east of Lorimier
Broadway - south side from the southwest corner of
Broadway and Lorimier, and extending west along the
south curb of Broadway, a distance of 58 feet and
then terminating.
Broadway, south side, starting at the southeast
corner of Broadway and Lorimier and extending a
distance of 40 feet and then terminating.

ARTICLE 2 . It is the intention of the governing body
and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this
ordinance shall become and be made a part of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and the
sections of this Code may be renumbered to accomplish such
intention.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after ten days after its final passage and approval .
