AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE T OF
SECTION 26-260 OF THE CITY CODE, BY
ESTABLISHING HANDICAPPED PARKING ALONG A
PORTION OF PARK AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . Schedule T of Section 26-260 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing handicapped parking along a portion of
Park Avenue in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the
following locations :
Park Avenue, East side, beginning 532 feet north of
the intersection of Park Avenue and Broadway and
ending 552 feet north of the intersection of Park
Avenue and Broadway.
Park Avenue, West side, beginning 301 feet south of
the intersection of Park Avenue and Normal Avenue and
ending 321 feet south of the intersection of Park
Avenue and Normal Avenue .
ARTICLE 2 . It is the intention of the governing body and it
is hereby ordained that the provisions of this ordinance shall
become and be made a part of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and the sections of this Code may
be renumbered to accomplish such intention.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after ten days after its final passage and approval .
