AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A QUIT CLAIM DEED TO NIP KELLEY
EQUIPMENT COMPANY, INC. , FOR PROPERTY ALONG
SOUTH SPRIGG STREET, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The Mayor, for and on behalf of the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby authorized to execute a Quit
Claim Deed to Nip Kelley Equipment Company, Inc. , for property
along South Sprigg Street, more particularly described as
follows, to-wit :
All of Lots Seven (7) , Twelve (12) , Thirteen (13) and
Seventeen (17) , Block Five (5) of the Village of
Girardeau, City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of
Missouri, as recorded in Plat Book 2 at Page
35 .
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance will be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
