AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR
OPERATING EXPENDITURES FROM THE CONVENTION AND
TOURISM FUND FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE
30, 2013 , IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1. The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, hereby appropriates Thirty-five Thousand Dollars
($35, 000 . 00) from the unappropriated balance of the Convention and
Tourism fund for expenditure during the fiscal year ending June 30,
2013 , for the following operating expenditures :
A. Conference Center Feasibility Study
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and ap roval .
