AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A QUIT CLAIM DEED TO CARLOS AND
EMMAGENE RATLIFF FOR PROPERTY ALONG
PERRYVILLE ROAD, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The Mayor, for and on behalf of the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby authorized to execute a Quit
Claim Deed to Carlos and Emmagene Ratliff, for property along
Perryville Road, more particularly described as follows, to-wit :
PART OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF FRACTIONAL SECTION
30, TOWNSHIP 31 NORTH, RANGE 14 EAST, OF THE FIFTH
PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MISSOURI, MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS :
Commence at a Concrete Monument at the Northwest
Corner of OutLot 74, said point also being on the
North line of U . S . P. S . No. 2199 as shown on plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 6 at Page 8 of the Land
Records of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri; thence
with said North line, South 84019' 38" East, 66 . 30 feet
to a point on the East Right of Way line of Perryville
Road, said point also being the point of beginning;
thence continue, South. 84 °19' 38" East, 15 . 70 feet to a
point at the Southwest Corner of a tract of land in
Deed Book 253, Page 415 of said Land Records; thence
North 27018' 35" East, 120 . 41 feet; thence
South 62001' 33" West, 115 . 87 feet to a point on the
East Right of Way line of Perryville Road; thence
South 31°37' 38" East, 60 . 00 feet to the point of
beginning containing 4347 . 64 square feet more or less .
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance will be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
