AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE P OF SECTION
26-248 OF THE CITY CODE, BY ELIMINATING
LIMITED PARKING ON THE 400 BLOCK OF NORTH
FREDERICK STREET, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . That provision in Schedule P of Section 26-248
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, which established limited parking on a portion of
Frederick Street in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the
following location:
Frederick Street - West side from North Street to
Washington; 9 : 00 A.M. to 6 : 00 P.M. , seven days a week.

ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
