BILL NO. 12-70 ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
QUIT CLAIM DEED TO RAD PROPERTIES, LLC,
TRANSFERRING EXCESS RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR ARMSTRONG
DRIVE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The Mayor, for and on behalf of the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby authorized to execute a Quit
Claim Deed to Beacon RAD Properties, LLC, a Missouri Limited
Liability Company, releasing the City' s interest in a section of
Armstrong Drive right-of-way between Siemers Drive and
Bloomfield Road in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, more
particularly described as follows, to-wit :
A PART OF UNITED STATES PRIVATE SURVEY NO. 175,
TOWNSHIP 30 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST, OF THE FIFTH
PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
STATE OF MISSOURI, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
AS FOLLOWS :
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot No. l of
Keller Subdivision as recorded in the land records of
the County Recorder ' s Office in plat book no. 20 at
page no. 10; Thence along the west line of said Lot
No. 1, S 05° 38 ' 36" W, 15 . 76 feet to the northeast
corner of a tract of land as recorded in book no. 1143
at page no. 214 ; Thence N 83° 35 ' 37" W, 82 . 00 feet
along the north line of said tract; Thence leaving
said north line, N 69° 19 ' 55" W, 82 . 62 feet; Thence.
S 810 58 ' 00" E, 161 . 93 feet to the Point of
Beginning, containing 0 . 05 acres more or less .

ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance will be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
