AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
OAK HILLS 2ND SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Oak Hills 2nd Subdivision,
being a part of the southwest quarter of fractional Section 30,
Township 31 North, Range 14 East, of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of
Missouri, submitted by Carlos E . Ratliff and Emmagene Ratliff,
bearing the certification of Christopher L. Koehler, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated May 30, 2012, is hereby
approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS DAY OF 2012 .
