AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF A
MINOR SUBDIVISION OF LOT B OF CAPE WEST
CROSSINGS - PHASE II AMENDED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of A Minor Subdivision of Lot B
of Cape West Crossings - Phase II Amended, a subdivision being
all of Lot B of Cape West Crossings - Phase II Amended, Plat
Book 25 Page 14 , City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of
Missouri, submitted by Mayson Investments, LLC, and the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, bearing the certification of
Christopher L. Koehler, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated April
25, 2017 , including any exceptions and variances contained
therein, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage anLd,^\approval .
