AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A PERMANENT
ACCESS EASEMENT EXECUTED BY TRIPLE L
HOLDINGS, LLC, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
hereby accepts a Permanent Access Easement executed by John
T. Lysell, Managing Member of Triple L Holdings, LLC,
conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, said
easement on the following described real property, to-wit :
A 20 . 0 foot wide Permanent Public Access Easement
in part of Range "D" in Survey No. 2199,
Township 30 North, Range 14 East, in the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri and in Cape Girardeau
County, Missouri, more particularly described as
follows :
Begin at the Northwest corner of Lot No. 2, Dodd
Place Subdivision, thence, S83000' 00"E, 20 . 0 feet
to the Point of Beginning, thence continue
S83000' 00"E, 20 . 0 feet, to a point on the South
line of Broadway, thence, S06058' 31"W, 86. 9 feet,
to a point, thence, S3202425 . 15"E, 32 . 2 feet to
a point, thence, N83'00' 00"W, 25 . 5 feet to a <
point on the south line of Lot 2, thence,
N32024' 25 . 15"W, 23 . 3 feet to a point, thence,
N06058' 31"E, 93 . 9 feet to the Point of Beginning.
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
