AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE C OF
SECTION 26-121 OF THE CITY CODE, BY
REPEALING STOP SIGNS ON KELL FARM DRIVE
AT RICHMOND DRIVE, AND BY ESTABLISHING
STOP SIGNS ON RICHMOND DRIVE AT KELL FARM
DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . Schedule C of Section 26-121 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by repealing stop signs in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following locations :
Kell Farm Drive, at its intersection with Richmond Drive,
northwest corner, facing north
Kell Farm Drive, at its intersection with Richmond Drive,
southeast corner, facing south
ARTICLE 2 . Schedule C of Section 26-121 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing stop signs in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following locations :
Richmond Drive, at its intersection with Kell Farm Drive,
southwest corner, facing west
Richmond Drive, at its intersection with Kell Farm Drive,
northwest corner, facing east
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval . ` ,Ge
