AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
VILLAS AT CAPE ROCK 4 SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Villas at Cape Rock 4
Subdivision, being part of out lot 75 of United States Survey
Number 2199, Township 31 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth
Principal Meridian, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, including all variances contained therein, submitted by
Scott M. Rhodes, Member of Rhodes Properties, L.C. , bearing the
certification of Timothy J. Baer, a Registered Land Surveyor,
dated April 30, 2012, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
