AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE T OF
SECTION 26-260 OF THE CITY CODE, BY
ESTABLISHING HANDICAPPED PARKING ALONG A
PORTION OF PARK AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . Schedule T of Section 26-260 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing handicapped parking along a portion of
Park Avenue in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the
following locations :
Beginning 301 feet south of the intersection of Park
Avenue and Normal Avenue to 521 feet north of the
intersection of Park Avenue and Broadway
ARTICLE 2 . It is the intention of the governing body and it
is hereby ordained that the provisions of this ordinance shall
become and be made a part of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and the sections of this Code may be
renumbered to accomplish such intention.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after ten days after its final passage and approval .
