AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE F OF SECTION
26-247 OF THE CITY CODE, ESTABLISHING NO
PARKING ALONG PORTIONS OF FREDERICK STREET,
IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . That provision in Schedule F of Section 26-247
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, which establishes a no parking zone in the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the following location:
Frederick Street - east side, starting 100 feet south
of the southeast corner of Frederick Street and
Independence Street, along the east curb to
Merriwether Street for a distance of 373 feet .

Schedule F of Section 26-247 of the Code of Ordinances
establishing a no parking zone is hereby enacted in lieu,
in words and figures, to read as follows :
Frederick Street - east side, from the intersection of
Independence Street, to the intersection of
Merriwether Street .
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
