AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING PERMANENT SANITARY SEWER
EASEMENTS FROM GENEVIEVE BRINKOPF, AND LEON AND
KIMBERLY BRINKOPF, FOR THE RELOCATION OF A SANITARY
SEWER LINE ON SOUTH MINNESOTA AVENUE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri hereby
accepts a sanitary sewer easement executed by Genevieve Brinkopf,
conveying an easement to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri for
the relocation of a sanitary sewer line on South Minnesota
Avenue, more particularly described as follows, to-wit :
THAT PART OF LOT 2 OF BRINKOPF SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ON
FILE IN THE LAND RECORDS OF CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY IN PLAT
BOOK 25 AT PAGE 5 , CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE
OF MISSOURI, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS :
Commence at the Southwest corner of Lot 1 of said Brinkopf
Subdivision; thence with the South line of said Subdivision,
South 83017114" East, 4 . 92 feet; thence leaving said line,
North 41019120" East, 152 . 53 feet, to point on the South
line of said Lot 2 of said Brinkopf Subdivision, said point
also being the point of beginning; thence continuing North
41019120" East 91 . 79 feet; thence South 48040140" East,
20 . 00 feet; thence South 41019120" West, 78 . 25 feet, to a
point on the South line of said Lot 2 ; thence with said
South line, North 82047115" West, 24 . 16 feet, to the point
of beginning and containing 1, 700 square feet, more or less .
ARTICLE 2 . The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri hereby
accepts a sanitary sewer easement executed by Leon Frederick and
Kimberly Ann Brinkopf, conveying an easement to the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri for the relocationof a sanitary sewer line on
South Minnesota Avenue, more particularly described as follows,
to-wit :
THAT PART OF LOT 1 OF BRINKOPF SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ON
FILE IN THE LAND RECORDS OF CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY IN PLAT
BOOK 25 AT PAGE 5, CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE
OF MISSOURI, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS :

ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
