AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
DOMBROWSKI' S FIRST SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Dombrowski' s First
Subdivision, being all of Lot P1 of The Lochs At Dalhousie—
Corrected Amended, and that part of United States Private Survey
Number 2189, Township 30 North, Range 13 East, City and County
of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by Dalhousie,
L. L. C. , and S . Aaron Dombrowski and Angela R. Dombrowski,
husband and wife, and bearing the certification of Rodney W.
Amos, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated September 9, 2011, is
hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
