AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
LOHMANN SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Lohmann Subdivision, being a
part of Lot 01 of Margaret Walkers Subdivision of Outlot 80 of
Survey 2199, Township 31 North, Range 13 East, located in the
City of Cape Girardeau in Cape Girardeau County, Missouri,
including all variances contained therein, submitted by Vera
Lohmann, Trustee of the Lohmann Family Trust, and bearing the
certification of Timothy J. Sander, a Registered Land Surveyor,
dated August 24 , 2011, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
