AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
J.D. ESTATES SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of J.D. Estates Subdivision,
being part of Lot 7 and Lot: 8 in Block "B" of St . Vincent' s
Park, a subdivision of United States Private Survey No. 3091,
Township 31 North, Range 14 East, of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
including all variances contained therein, submitted by Jimmy
Morlan, Tina Morlan, Daniel B. Hazelwood and Leslie C.
Hazelwood, bearing the certification of Rodney W. Amos, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated June 3 , 2011, is hereby
approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
