AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
BALDWIN PLACE PHASE I
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Baldwin Place Phase I, being
Part of United States Private Survey No. 790 , Township 31 North,
Range 13 East, of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the City of
Cape Girardeau, County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri,
submitted by Meyr Properties, LP, and Fruitland Livestock
Market, Inc . , bearing the certification of Christopher L.
Koehler, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated December 3 , 2010, is
hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
