AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE K OF
SECTION 26-121 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI,
BY ESTABLISHING YIELD SIGNS AT THE
INDEPENDENCE STREET, GORDONVILLE ROAD,
AND EAST RODNEY DRIVE ROUNDABOUT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . Schedule K of Section 26-121 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing yield signs at the Independence Street,
Gordonville Road, and East Rodney Drive Roundabout in the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the following locations :
Independence Street at Gordonville Road/East Rodney
Drive, facing west.
Independence Street at Gordonville Road/East Rodney
Drive, facing east.
Gordonville Road at Independence Street, facing south.
East Rodney Drive at Independence Street, facing north.
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
