The record plat of Town Plaza Subdivision No. 2, a subdivision being all of Lot No. 1, Town Plaza Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book No. 24 at Page No. 80, a part of Outlots 57 and 87, United States Private Survey No. 2199, Township 30 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian, City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by Greater Missouri Builders, Inc. , bearing the certification of R. Christopher Bowen, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated January 20, 2017, is hereby approved. ARTICLE 2 .
