The record plat of Rock Gardens Subdivision, a subdivision being all of Lot 8 of LILMAC East Subdivision, as shown by plat thereof recorded in Document No. -WI Sin the Land Records of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, and part of United States Private Survey No. 790 and part of Fractional Section 3 and part of Fractional Section 10, all in Township 31 North, Range 13 East, of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by Norwald, Inc.; bearing the certification of Rodney W. Amos, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated January 10, 2017, including any exceptions and variances contained therein, is hereby approved. ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. ARTICLE 3.
