AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
HUMPHREY 2ND SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Humphrey 2nd Subdivision,
being a resubdivision of all of Lot 1 of Humphrey Subdivision,
as set out in Document No . 2014-05861, in the City and County of
Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by the Humphrey
Revocable Trust U/A/D September 9, 2015; bearing the
certification of Rodney W . Amos, a Registered Land Surveyor,
dated January 10, 2017, including any exceptions and variances
contained therein, is hereby approved .
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage .nd approval .
