AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF A
RE-SUBDIVISION OF LOTS 88, 89, AND 90 OF THE
MEADOWS OF WHISPERING OAKS-AMENDED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of a Re-Subdivision of Lots 88,
89, and 90 of the Meadows of Whispering Oaks-Amended, a
subdivision being all of Lots 88, 89, and 90 of the Meadows of
Whispering Oaks-Amended, a subdivision on file in the Land
Records of Cape Girardeau County in Plat Book 23 at Page 62, and
being part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 10, in the City
and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by
Thomas Petzoldt, Abigail Petzoldt, and the Jennewein Family
Revocable Trust Agreement dated August 10, 2011, bearing the
certification of Travis J. Steffens, a Registered Land Surveyor,
dated November 16, 2016, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage/and approval.
