AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
MIDAMERICA CROSSINGS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Midamerica Crossings, a
subdivision being all of that part of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 22, and all of that part of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 15, and all of that part of the Southeast Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 16, and all of that part of the
Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 21, all in
the Township 31 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of
Missouri, submitted by Midamerica Hotels Corporation, bearing
the certification of Christopher L. Koehler, a Registered Land
Surveyor, dated November 14, 2016, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
