A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATIONS TO THE
TRANSPORTATION ALTERNATIVES PROGRAM, FOR
CAPE ROCK DRIVE SIDEWALKS, AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE ALL NECESSARY
GRANT PROGRAM DOCUMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
' GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The City Manager, for and on behalf of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby authorized to execute
grant applications to the Transportation Alternatives Program
(TAP) for Cape Rock Drive Sidewalks, and is hereby authorized to
execute all necessary grant documents . The City of Cape
Girardeau commits to the project' s development, implementation,
construction, maintenance, management, and financing. Summaries
of said Applications are attached to this Resolution and made a
part hereof. /lititi
