AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
FOREST HILLS ESTATES FIFTH ADDITION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Forest Hills Estates Fifth
Addition, a subdivision being part of Section 29, Township 31
North, Range 14 East, of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the
City of Cape Girardeau, County of Cape Girardeau, State of
Missouri, submitted by SEMO Land, LLC, bearing the certification
of Christopher L. Koehler, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated
September 27, 2016, including any exceptions and variances
contained therein, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage itapproval .
