AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE P OF
SECTION 26-248 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, '
BY REPEALING A LIMITED PARKING ZONE
ALONG A PORTION OF HIGHLAND DRIVE •
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . Schedule P of Section 26-248 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by repealing a limited parking zone in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following location:
Highland Drive - west side, from 8 : 00 A.M. to 4 : 00
P.M. , Monday thru Friday.
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
