The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby accepts, and agrees to accept, Temporary Construction Easements from various property owners, for the Sidewalk Gap 2015 Project, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, described as follows: Kris A Oliveira and Paul L Dobbins Temporary Construction Easement A 10' wide temporary construction easement in Ingram's Addition Subdivision,' part of Lot 116, Range Q, Section 32, Township 31 North, Range 14 East, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, more particularly described as follows: Commence at the point of intersection between the East Line of North Sprigg Street and the North Line of Olive Street, thence, N6°05'36"E, 115.0 feet to the Point of Beginning, thence, continue N6005'36"E, 55.54 feet, thence, S83049'17E, 10.0 feet, thence, S6005'36"W, 55.54 feet, thence, N83049'17"W, 10.0 feet to the Point of Beginning.
