AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE A OF
SECTION 26-228 O: THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI ,
BY ESTABLISHING THE SPEED LIMIT ALONG A
PORTION OF 31G BEND ROAD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . Schedule A of Section 26-228 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing the speed limit along a portion of Big
Bend Road in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the
following location :
Big Bend Road from Olive Street to Bertling Street -
35 MPH
ARTICLE 2 . It is the intention of the governing body and it
is hereby ordained that the provisions of this ordinance shall
become and be made a part of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and the sections of this Code may
be renumbered to accomplish such intention .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after ten days after its final passage and approval .
