AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED FROM THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU TO QUINN STRONG, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 429 EMERALD STREET, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The Mayor, for and on behalf of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby authorized to
execute a Special Warranty Deed to Quinn Strong, for real
property located in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
more particularly described as follows :
The West One Hundred and Twenty-five (125) feet
of Lot Number Eighteen (18) in Block Seven (7) of
Marble City Heights Addition in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, as per the official plat
recorded in the Recorder' s Office at Jackson,
Missouri in Plat Book 2 at page 36 .
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage

That on this 28th day of April, 2016, THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, a
Municipal Corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Missouri, of
the County of Cape Girardeau in the State of Missouri, GRANTOR, in consideration of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, to it paid by Quinn Strong, A Single
Person, of the County of Cape Girardeau, in the State of Missouri, GRANTEE, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, and by virtue and pursuance of an ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF SAID CITY, does by these presents, SELL AND CONVEY unto the
Grantee, its successors and assigns, the following described lots, tracts or parcels of land,
lying, being and situate in the City and County of Cape Girardeau and State of Missouri, to -wit:
The West One Hundred and Twenty-five (125) feet of Lot Number Eighteen (18) in
Block Seven (7) of Marble City Heights Addition in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
as per the official plat recorded in the Recorder's Office at Jackson, Missouri in Plat
Book 2 at page 36.
429 Emerald St., Cape Girardeau MO 63701, County of Cape Girardeau.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all rights, privileges, appurtenances, and
immunities thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining unto the said Grantee, and unto its
successors and assigns, FOREVER, the said Grantor hereby covenanting that the above
described premises are free and clear of all encumbrances done or suffered by the Grantor,
and that it will Warrant and Defend the title to the said premises unto the Grantee and
Grantee's successors and assigns, FOREVER, against the lawful claims of all persons claiming
through the Grantor.
WITNESS the hand of the Grantor the day and year first above written.
