AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
CHURCH ENTERPRISES SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
. ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Church Enterprises
Subdivision, part of Lot 1 and all of Lots 2, 3, 4 , 5, 6, and 7
of Golden Eagle Subdivision, a subdivision on file in the Land
Records of Cape Girardeau County in Plat Book 19 at Page 94 and
all of Lot 1 of Cape Northwest 1, a subdivision on file in the
Land Records of Cape Girardeau County in Plat Book 24 at Page
27, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri,
submitted by Church Enterprises, LLC, bearing the certification
of Rodney W. Amos, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated November
10, 2014, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
