LA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE A OF SECTION 26-228 OF THE CITY CODE, BY AMENDING THE SPEED LIMIT ON BROADWAY, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS : ARTICLE 1 . Schedule A of Section 26-228 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby amended by establishing the speed limit on Broadway in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the following location : Broadway from Perry Avenue to Water Street - 25 MPH ARTICLE 2 . It is the intention of the governing body and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this ordinance shall become and be made a part of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and the sections of this Code may be renumbered to accomplish such intention.
