AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
AMERICAN LANDMARK PROPERTIES SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of American Landmark Properties
Subdivision, being part of the Southeast Quarter of Out Lot No.
80 in United States Private Survey Number 2199, in the City and
County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by
Landmark Lodging, L. L.C. , bearing the certification of
Christopher L. Koehler, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated
December 14, 2015, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
