AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE C OF
SECTION 26-121 OF THE CITY CODE, BY
ESTABLISHING STOP SIGNS ON KINGSWAY
DRIVE AT JANET DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . Schedule C of Section 26-121 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing stop signs in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following locations :
Kingsway Drive at Janet Drive, facing north
Kingsway Drive at Janet Drive, facing south
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
