A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE A LICENSE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
WITH OLDE TOWNE CAPE BREWING COMPANY, LLC
d/b/a BUCKNER' S BREWING COMPANY, TO AFFIX A
SIGN AND TO INSTALL AN AWNING AT 132 N . MAIN
STREET, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The City Manager, for and on behalf of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby authorized to execute a
License and Indemnity Agreement with Olde Towne Cape Brewing
Company, LLC d/b/a Buckner' s Brewing Company, to affix a sign
approximately 32 square feet in area to the northwest corner of
the building located at 132 N. Main Street and to install an
awning on the north (Broadway) and west (Main Street) sides of
the building to overhand the sidewalk approximately 5 feet 9 . 5
inches, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri . The Agreement
shall be in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit
"A", which document is hereby approved by the City Council, and
incorporated herein by reference, with such changes therein as
shall be approved by the officers of the City executing the
same .
