AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE T OF
SECTION 26-260 OF -THE CITY CODE, BY
AMENDING HANDICAPPED PARKING ALONG A
PORTION OF FOUNTAIN STREET, IN THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Those portions of Schedule T of Section 26-260 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
which established handicapped parking at the following location:
North Fountain Street, beginning at a point 40 feet
south of the southeast corner of the intersection of
Broadway and North Fountain Street, continuing south
along the east curb line for a distance of 25 feet.

ARTICLE 2. Schedule T of Section 26-260 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing handicapped parking along a portion of
Fountain Street in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the
following location:
Fountain Street, east side, beginning at a point 51
feet south of the intersection of Broadway and
Fountain Street, and continuing southward for a
distance of 20 feet along the east curb line of
Fountain Street and then terminating.
ARTICLE 3. It is the intention of the governing body and it
is hereby ordained that the provisions of this ordinance shall
become and be made a part of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and the sections of this Code may
be renumbered to accomplish such intention.
ARTICLE 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after ten days after its final passage and approval.
