AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
DRAGONFLY SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Dragonfly Subdivision, being
part of Lot 06 of Range "F" of the Original Town of Cape
Girardeau, part of the vacated portion of Spanish Street and a
part of the vacated portion of a public alley in Range "F" being
a part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 05, Township 30
North, Range 14 East, all being a part of the City of Cape
Girardeau in Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, submitted by
Thomas M. Meyer Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated September
09, 2010, and Mary E. Meyer Revocable Living Trust Agreement
dated September 09, 2010, bearing the certification of Larry D.
Dowdy, dated September 29, 2014, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
