AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
BETTY J. HUCKSTEP SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Betty J. Huckstep
Subdivision, a resubdivision of part of Tract No. 6, Klages
Heirs Subdivision, Plat Book 4 at Page 14, lying in Outlot 77,
United States Private Survey No. 2199 Township 31 North, Range
13 East, of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the City and County
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by Betty J. Huckstep
Revocable Trust dated November 11, 1992, bearing the
certification of R. Christopher Bowen, dated November 12, 2014,
is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage,and approval.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS DAY OF 2014.
