AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE. F OF
SECTION 26-247 OF THE CITY CODE, BY
ESTABLISHING NO PARKING ANYTIME ALONG A
PORTION OF HAWTHORNE ROAD, IN THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS
ARTICLE 1 Schedule F of Section 26-247 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing no parking anytime along a portion of
Hawthorne Road, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the
following location
Hawthorne Road - both sides, 300 feet south of Hopper
Road
ARTICLE I_ It is the intention of the governing body and it
is hereby ordained that the provisions of this ordinance shall
become and be made a part of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and the sections of this Code may be
renumbered to accomplish such intention
ARTICLE 3 This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after ten days after its final passage and approval
