AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF R
HETZEL PROPERTY SUBDIVISION 1
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS
ARTICLE 1 The record plat of R Hetzel Property Subdivision
1, a subdivision being a re -subdivision of all of lots numbered
thirteen (13), fourteen (14), fifteen (15), and sixteen (16) and
a vacated alley in block numbered one (1) in Whitelaw's
Subdivision of Tan Yard Lot to the City of Cape Girardeau, in the
City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by R
Hetzel Properties L 1, C bearing the certification of Scott A
Richards, dated August 26, 2014, is hereby approved
ARTICLE 2 The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
ARTICLE 3 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
