AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE T OF
SECTION 26-260 OF THE CITY CODE, BY
REPEALING HANDICAPPED PARKING ALONG A
PORTION OF ELLIS STREET, IN THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI. AS FOLLOWS
ARTICLE 1 That portion of Schedule T of Section 26-260 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
which established handicapped oarkinq at the following location
South Ellis Street, east side, north of William
Street, beginning 30 feet from the back of curb on
William Street for a distance of 25 feet
[.s hereby repealed
ARTICLE 2 It is the intention of the governing body and it
is hereby ordained that the provisions of this ordinance shall
become and be made a part of the Code of Ordinances of Lhe City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and Lhe sections of this Code may be
renumbered to accomplish such intention
ARTICLE 3 This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after ten days after its final passage and approval
