AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE T OF
SECTION 26-260 OF THE CITY CODE, By
ESTABLISHING HANDICAPPED PARKING ALONG A
PORTION OE SPANISH STREET, IN THE CITY
OE CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE I. Schedule T of Section 26-260 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing handicapped parking along a portion of
Spanish Street, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the
following location:
Spanish Street, west side, beginning at a point 143
feet south of the intersection of Spanish Street and
Independence Street, and continuing southward for a
distance of 20 feet along the west curb line of
Spanish Street and then terminating.
ARTICLE 2. It is the intention of the governing body and it
is hereby ordained that the provisions of this ordinance shall
become and be made a oast of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and the sections of this Code may
be renumbered to accomplish such intention.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after ten days after its final passage and approval.
